December 8, 2009 -- Legislation that would pave the way for Central Florida's proposed SunRail commuter train is heading to the state Senate today, after passing yesterday in the House. The measure faces an uncertain future in the Senate, which has blocked SunRail in two previous legislative sessions. The bill needs at least 21 votes to pass. Senate leaders are working to resolve issues involving liability for accidents, union protection for workers and the project's hefty price tag. Florida Public Radio's James Call reports.
